Optimum mono reel lines are 6lb to 10lb breaking strain. The rod is ideal for long distance casting with medium to heavy feeders. The rods handles hard fighting carp to perfection, absorbs shocks and helps to reduce hook pulls.
These new rods feature a high-grade cork handle with EVA casting grip, screw down reel seat, hook keeper ring, SiC guides throughout and stylish new Vertex branding.
